COVID-19 pandemic has engulfed all our lives. It has affected the way we do our jobs and it certainly has changed the way we go about our normal everyday routine. Social distancing and sanitisation are main phrases we think of daily.

The virus is thought to spread person to person between people who are in close contact with each other (within about 6 feet). We know the virus is transmitted through direct contact with respiratory droplets of an infected person (through coughing and sneezing), and touching surfaces contaminated with the virus.

Cleaning and sanitising high-touch surfaces in your room regularly is an important precaution to lower the risk of COVID 19 infection. Follow cleaning product instructions for safe and effective use, including precautions you should take when applying the product, such as wearing gloves and making sure you have good ventilation.

Every home/room is different, but common high-touch surfaces include: Door handles, tables, chairs, handrails, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, taps, toilets, light switches, mobile phones, computers, tablets, keyboards, remote controls, game controllers and favourite toys.

Everyone – even when well – can help slow the spread of COVID-19

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water.
  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitisers.
  • Sanitise and disinfect surfaces you use often such as benchtops, desks and doorknobs
  • Clean and disinfect objects you use often such as mobile phones, keys, wallets and work passes

MRROOM SANITISES EVERY CORNER OF OUR ROOMS TO PROVIDE OUR TENANTS A HEALTHY STAY.

We sanitise our rooms/units every month twice. First, we make sure our cleaners are well sanitised first and have no symptoms of the virus. Our cleaners wear disposable or homemade masks to prevent the spread of the virus in case they are an asymptomatic carrier. We are still recommending that N95 and other medical-grade masks not be used, as they are desperately needed by medical personnel at this time.

Keeping our rooms safe and clean is our utmost priority. We keep the healthy line as high possible to provide the best stay experience for our lovely tenants.
